RULES

1. Closing Time for Receipt of Exhibits: 10.00am sharp. No late exhibits accepted.
2. All images are to be mounted on a card.
3. All exhibits need to be collected by the Exhibitor. Only the Exhibitor can collect prize money.
4. Winning exhibits from previous year’s Shows will not be accepted.
5. Strictly no exhibits shall be removed from the tent before 4.00pm.
6. Prize money for all classes in this section will be paid out after 4.00pm on production of exhibit card & prize ticket.
7. All prize money must be collected on Show Day. (Claims will NOT be dealt with after Show Day.)
8. All exhibits are displayed at Exhibitors’ Own Risk.
9. Exhibitors wishing to sell produce should ensure they have For Sale tickets (available from the Secretariat).

Note: Judging will consider creativity, impact and relevance to the category. A compelling or well captured moment is valued just as much as technical perfection.
