Rules: 

  1. Closing Time for Receipt of Exhibits 10.00a.m. Sharp. No late exhibits accepted.
  2. All exhibits should be handed in by the Exhibitor (and not by a representative). Same rule applies to the collection of prizemoney.
  3. Winning exhibits from previous year’s Shows will not be accepted.
  4. Strictly No exhibits shall be removed from the tent before 4pm
  5. Prize money for all Classes in this section will be paid out after 4.00p.m. on production of exhibit card & prize ticket.
  6. All prize money must be collected on show day (Claims will NOT be dealt with after Show Day).
  7. All Exhibits are displayed at Exhibitors Own Risk.
  8. Exhibitors wishing to sell Produce should ensure they have For Sale Tickets (available from Secretariat)
